About the role:

  • Provide support to the Manufacturing Engineers for sustaining and improving the performance of the manufacturing process with the objective of meeting business goals in terms of Safety, Quality, Service and Cost.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Provide day-to-day manufacturing support, evaluating and addressing production concerns and problems through troubleshooting of components, tooling, fixtures and processes.
  • Implement productivity improvement projects resulting in improved manufacturing yields and efficiencies.
    Perform various test functions on equipment and provide meaningful analysis and interpretation of data.
  • Repair and/or troubleshoot equipment, correcting processing problems as they occur.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment in the Value Stream.
  • Must comply with requirements of ISO 14001 and BSC Environmental, Health and Safety standards and follow procedures and instructions related to these standards.

What we are looking for:

Minimum qualifications

  • 2-4 years of equivalent work experience in related discipline, of AA Degree with 0-2 years of experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Self-motivated to seek out opportunities to improve business performance
  • Communicates well with peers about issues/problems that arise
